The installation LOVE.ME.ZERO tries to generate attention by sending audio and light signals to passengers near permanently empty shop windows.

By analyzing success and failure with the help of a motion sensor, the Artificial Intelligence inside the machine can evolve its singal patterns. If it does not generate enough attention, one by one, the separate bodies of the machine get shut down, until it completely dies.
By concept, the machine is to help empty shop windows regain their function as spaces of presentation and commercial area in a time of internet shop networks dominated by intelligent shop algorithms and optimized search engine adaption.

The project was done together with Isabel Paehr and the Architecture Faculty of the University Kassel in Germany.
